 Tuesday, April 1st The battle between low and high pressure continues… Highs in the low 40s before 1 PM, dropping the rest of the day Lows around freezing Rain starting anywhere from 10 until 2. Changing to snow later in the day most likely. Snow totals around 2 inches.  Slight chance of lightning Gusts in the 40s Wednesday, April 2nd Low pressure begins to dominate… Highs in the upper 30s to low 40s Lows around freezing Mixed precipitation ending by noon, showers in the evening.  Lightning likely Gusts in the 20s

 Sunday, March 30th Low pressure moves into the region… Highs just above freezing Lows in the mid to upper 20s, getting into the low 20s away from the city Mixed precipitation in the morning, but changing to snow around 10 AM, lasting until the evening. Snow totals anywhere from 1-4 inches, mostly falling in the afternoon. Slight chance of lightning in the early afternoon Gusts in the 30s Monday, March 31st Low pressure remains around the region… Highs in the upper 30s to low 40s Lows in the upper 20s No precipitation  Little to no wind

 Friday March 28th High pressure remains over the region… Highs in the mid 70’s Lows in the low to mid 30’s Slight chance of a heavy shower around 9 or 10 AM, and then scattered showers the rest of the day, increasing in intensity in the evening Slight chance of a thunderstorm in the morning. And 10 percent chance of a severe thunderstorm in the evening. However, severe weather will most likely remain south of the city.  Gusts in the 20’s Saturday, March 29th High pressure remains, but begins it’s trek out of the region… Highs in the low 40’s Lows around freezing Slight chance of scattered showers in the morning, and then steady rain starting in the mid afternoon, and changing to snow in the evening. No significant accumulations expected. Most likely between 0.2 and 2 inches. Chance of a few lightning strikes Gusts in the 20’s

Wednesday, March 26th Low pressure moves out of the region, and a ridge of higher pressure moves in… Highs in the low to mid 50’s Lows in the high 30’s, maybe as warm as 40 degrees Slight chance of showers starting around noon. Changing to steady rain by 2 or 3 PM, and lasting the rest of the day. Rainfall may be heavy at times. Very slim chance of an isolated lightning strike during the late afternoon into the nighttime hours, however probably won’t happen Gusts in the teens Thursday, March 27th High pressure remains over the region… Highs in the mid to upper 50’s Lows in the low to mid 40’s Showers wrapping up by 7 AM, and resuming around 8-9 PM Gusts little to none in the morning, but increasing into the upper 20’s by the nighttime hours This blog is a new, additional blog to my other blog,  Pacific Northwest Weather
